For consulting, the proposal and any agreement it refers to set out the scope, the exact share percentage and the verification formula. Savings are verified against an agreed baseline before any fee is paid. If the proposal differs from this page, the proposal applies.
Purchases of tools, the Toolkit, bundles and coaching
- Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST (GST no. 141-028-340). Stripe issues a receipt for every purchase.
- Payment is taken by card through Stripe. We don't see or store your full card details.
- Online reports and plans are delivered in your browser after payment. Please save or print them, because we don't keep a copy. Toolkit files are delivered as a download link after payment.
- Toolkit and bundle files are licensed for use at one site. Please don't resell or share them publicly.
- Refunds follow our refund policy.
- Reports, plans, templates and estimates are for guidance only, based on the numbers you enter and the stated assumptions. They are not engineering, financial or legal advice. Check any decision against your own data.
Upgrade credit
A paid CI-AI Fusion product bought within the last 12 months can be credited towards the Complete Bundle (NZD 149, GST included), as set out on our Pricing page. Credit is non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash. We issue one single-use code per qualifying purchase, valid for 30 days and usable only on the Complete Bundle. Credits can't be combined.
Use of this website
The content on this site is provided for general information. Please don't copy or resell our tools, templates or content without our permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Business purchases. If you are acquiring any of our products or services for the purposes of a business, or you hold yourself out as doing so, then, as permitted by section 43(2A) of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you and we agree that: (a) the agreement is made in trade; (b) the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 do not apply; and (c) it is fair and reasonable that the parties are bound by this clause, given that both parties are in trade, the guidance-only nature of the tools and templates, and that consulting is supplied under a written proposal you accept. By completing a business purchase you agree to this in writing. This clause does not affect consumers buying for personal use.
Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including lost profit or lost production) arising from decisions made using our reports, tools or templates, and our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
