Privacy policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
CI-AI Fusion Ltd respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
- When you contact us (for example, to book an assessment) we receive your name, email address and anything else you choose to send. We use it only to reply and to arrange the work you asked about.
- When you buy a Line Loss Finder report, our payment provider Stripe processes your payment and gives us details such as your name, email address and the transaction. We don't receive or store your full card number. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
- Line Loss Finder answers are calculated in your own browser. They aren't sent to us or stored by us.
- Website hosting: our host (Netlify) may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and operation.
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't sell personal information.
Where it is stored
Our service providers (Stripe for payments, Netlify for website hosting and Google for email) may store information on servers outside New Zealand, including in the United States. We use established providers with their own security and privacy safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law (for example, tax records).
Your rights
You can contact our privacy officer to ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you. Contact us by email at ciaifusionltd@gmail.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).
